What makes WE Chiropractic different from other chiropractic clinics?
We Chiropractic, we believe health goes far beyond pain relief. Our goal is not only to help you feel better but also to restore balance, resilience, and long-term wellness. We take time to listen, understand your unique health story, and design care that addresses the root cause of your concerns. You are not just a number here—you’re family.
What is your treatment philosophy and approach to healthcare?
We focus on a holistic, patient-centered approach. Instead of chasing symptoms, we look at the body as an interconnected system. Our care blends safe chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, movement rehabilitation, and lifestyle guidance to restore function and promote whole-body wellness.
Do you focus on symptom relief or root-cause correction?
Both. We help relieve pain quickly so you can get back to life, but we go deeper to address the underlying cause—whether that’s posture imbalance, old injuries, stress, or lifestyle habits. Our aim is lasting correction, not just temporary relief.
How do you personalize treatment plans for each patient?
Every patient receives a thorough exam, a detailed discussion of findings, and a tailored plan that reflects their goals, condition, and lifestyle. No two people are the same, so your care is never “cookie-cutter.”
Are chiropractic adjustments safe and what techniques do you use?
Yes—chiropractic adjustments are safe when performed by trained professionals. Our doctors are skilled in techniques including Diversified, Logan Basic, SOT, Webster Technique (prenatal), and more. We also integrate gentle, low-force approaches for children, seniors, and those who prefer a lighter touch.
What kinds of pain and conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide variety of concerns including:
- Back and neck pain
- Sciatica and nerve-related pain
- Headaches and migraines
- TMJ (jaw dysfunction)
- Sports injuries and rehabilitation
- Pregnancy-related discomfort
- Pediatric conditions (colic, ear infections, posture concerns)
- Extremity issues (shoulders, knees, wrists, ankles)
- Numbness, tingling, and mobility limitations
What is trigger point dry needling and who can benefit from it?
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique that uses fine, sterile needles to release tight muscle knots (trigger points). It can reduce pain, improve movement, and speed up recovery for athletes, desk workers, and anyone struggling with stubborn muscle tension.
Do you offer pediatric or prenatal chiropractic care?
Yes! Dr. Amber specializes in Webster Technique, which gently aligns the pelvis during pregnancy to promote comfort and optimal baby positioning. We also care for infants and children, helping with issues like colic, sleep, posture, and overall development.
What techniques do your doctors specialize in?
Our team brings a wide range of training:
Dr. Suh: Diversified, soft tissue techniques, extremity adjusting sports and injury care
Dr. Parsley: Gentle adjusting styles, family and general wellness care
Dr. Banda: Diversified, Logan Basic, extremity adjusting, Webster Technique
Additional therapies: cupping, scraping (IASTM), trigger point dry needling, and exercise-based rehab
Can chiropractic care help with recurring headaches or migraines?
Yes. Many headaches stem from spinal misalignments, muscle tension, or poor posture. Chiropractic adjustments, lifestyle counseling, and soft tissue work can significantly reduce frequency and intensity of migraines and headaches.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit includes a detailed consultation, exam, and—if appropriate—an adjustment. We’ll explain our findings clearly and recommend a personalized plan. Plan on 45 minutes for your first visit.
How long will my appointment take?
First visit: 45 minutes
Follow-ups: 10-15 minutes
Some therapies (dry needling, rehab, cupping) may take longer.
What occurs during a typical follow-up visit?
A follow-up usually includes an adjustment, soft tissue work if needed, and progress check-ins. We’ll also give home care recommendations like exercises or stretches.
Do you offer exercise therapy or neuromuscular re-education?
Yes—we include corrective exercises and rehab as part of care when appropriate. This helps retrain posture, strengthen weak muscles, and prevent future issues.
Will I receive nutrition counseling or lifestyle advice?
We believe healing goes beyond adjustments. Our doctors provide guidance on nutrition, stress management, sleep, and ergonomics to support your overall wellness journey.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide itemized receipts you can submit to your provider for potential reimbursement.
Can I get a receipt to submit to my insurance provider?
Yes, absolutely. We’ll provide a detailed superbill with treatment codes which is sent to the patient after each appointment.
Why did you choose not to accept insurance?
We’ve chosen this model so that your care decisions are based on your needs—not dictated by insurance limitations. This allows us to spend more time with you, use a wider variety of techniques, and focus on wellness, not just symptom coding.
What are your self-pay rates or packages?
New patient exam & adjustment: $120
Regular adjustment: $60
Dry Needling appointment: $60
Usually takes 15-20 mins.
Packages: 4 visits for $220, 8 visits for $420 (best value) are available while under active care.
Monthly Membership: $100 for 2 visits each month for maintenance patients.
Additional therapies (cupping, scraping, kinesio-taping) are all included and implemented as needed.
Is chiropractic care affordable without insurance?
Yes. With transparent pricing and flexible packages, most patients find care accessible. Many even discover that self-pay chiropractic is more affordable than using insurance with copays and deductibles.
Can I choose which doctor I see—Dr. Suh, Dr. Parsley, or Dr. Banda?
Yes—you may request a specific doctor, or we’ll match you with the best fit for your needs.
What kind of training do your doctors have?
All our doctors earned Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degrees and are licensed in Missouri. They also have advanced training in specialized techniques, sports rehab, and pregnancy/pediatric care.
Do the doctors have specialties like pediatric, prenatal, or sports care?
Yes—our team covers a broad spectrum.
Dr. Amber specializes in prenatal/pediatric care.
Dr. Suh has extensive experience with sports injuries and rehab.
Dr. Parsley specializes in neuromuscular resets.
